Tamihi Creek East Recreation Site Campground is a convenient overnight stop for RV campers located on the south banks of the Chilliwack River roughly 10 kilometers east of Sardis en route to Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park. The campground's "parking lot" type layout certainly makes it convenient for RVs, but those who are camping with tents or looking for (at least some) privacy ought to keep driving.

The campground's 16 campsites line the edge of the gravel parking lot, marked by an extremely sturdy log picnic shelter in the campground's center. Potable water and vault toilets are provided, but ironically there are no RV hookups (e.g., electric, water, or sewer).

Adjacent Tamihi Rapids Recreation Site Campground and nearby Allison Pool Recreation Site Group Campground (located 3.6 kilometers up river) are both more ideal for tent camping. Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park Campground is located 30 kilometers upriver to the east.

Note: Tamihi Creek East Recreation Site Campground is open year round.
