The NSMBA with the help of local volunteers have built a series of new trails on Mount Seymour. These trails were constructed with the foresight of hosting both BC Cup races and a large local bike community. There are now a number of trails that link up throughout the mountain so that trails can be accessed at the bottom of the mountain and end back where you started.

The start at Hyannis Point is a wide, flat trail leading to the High School League trailhead where you'll start to climb gently through the forest. This will lead to Bridal Path, an up and down trail with a few tricky climbing areas. At a large and obvious junction you'll start onto Salamander, which takes you around a gentle slope to connect to Rapid Transit and RT Connector. C Buster is where the trail becomes steeper and more difficult before switching to Penny Lane for a few short tight switchbacks, and then the route proceeds onto Good Sir Martin. The Beginning is steep and a bit of a grunt, but the trail starts to flatten out and meander up on a more gentle slope. A short pedal from the top of the trail is the beginning of the downhill section.

After you rest and drop your seat post you'll descend onto Badden Powell with a few old school features that will lead you to the start of Severed D. Just after the start of Severed you will stay right to catch C Buster, one of the North Shore's classic trails. After some good flowy sections you'll veer to the left to catch Asian Adonis. Probably the most fun of the entire loop, this trail packs in tons of woops, bumps and burms that are guaranteed to make you smile. As you head back to C Buster and then out to the Bridal Path downhill trail you'll continue the flow through to Lower High School downhill for a last bit of fast, flowy action before you're back to Hyannis Trail and the end.

This ride is a blast on it's own, but another lap is done easily. C Buster downhill trail crosses Penny Lane and continues onto Good Sir for another fun lap.
