Sunny Cove is a small beach in the Pleasure Point area of Santa Cruz. This is a nice little spot to relax if you are looking to get away from the bigger beaches such as Main Beach or Twin Lakes. This place can get quite crowed though, so a mid-week trip is the best time to go.

Parking can be an issue if there are a lot of people since there are limited spots right off of Geoffroy Drive. You can take Sunny Cove Drive to the other side of the beach if parking is full on Geoffroy. There area a few outcrops that you can walk out onto for great views at sunrise or for spectacular sunsets. Also, be sure to check out the great wildlife viewing area adjacent to this beach if you are in the mood to catch a glimpse of a dolphin or passing cormorant.
