Ida Creek Campground is situated right on the banks of Icicle Creek approximately 13 miles from Leavenworth. Like nearby Chatter Creek Campground and Johnny Creek Campground, access to the creek from the campsites is easy and direct. Ida Creek is a small campground that offers few amenities, but the sites are large and perfect for long days near the swimming holes. The campground is slightly removed from Icicle Road on a bend, so it stays especially quiet. Because there are plenty of camping options nearer to Leavenworth, Ida may be less crowded and a good choice if you are arriving in the area a little late.

All 10 single sites in Ida Creek Campground are first-come, first-served. Sites tend to be open and exposed, which can be an advantage if you are camping with other groups. There are ADA-accessible sites here. There are no hookups or dump stations, but the size of the campsites here may make it a better choice for small to moderate RVs than in neighboring campgrounds. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings, and potable water and vault toilets are easily accessible.
