Willow Creek Campground is a hidden camping gem in the Arapaho National Recreation Area, located just west of much busier Lake Grandy on the western slopes of Colorado's northern Front Range. The campground is perched at 8,130 feet and sits just above the southern shoreline of Willow Creek Reservoir. This is a popular canoe, kayak, SUP, fishing and swimming body of water where the use of motorized watercraft is prohibited.

The campground has 35 standard tent sites, one group campsite, vault toilets, potable water and one small picnic shelter. Due to pine beetle infestation and tree removal, roughly half the sites are exposed to wind and sun while the other half are well protected.

Call the Arapaho National Forest ranger station at 970.295.6600 for more details.
