Clearwater Beach

Clearwater Beach is rated one of the best beaches in the United States. It has some of the most pristine soft sands and crystal clear water in the nation. You'll be amazed by the feeling of the sand on your feet. In addition to the beach, the main attraction is Pier 60. There are a lot of local vendors selling their handcrafted artwork. Halfway down the pier is a local gift shop where you can rent fishing poles and buy bait. It costs a dollar to continue to the end of the pier whether you can fish, take a nice walk, or view the sunset. This is a great spot to watch birds waiting on fisherman to give them dinner. They are calm around humans, and they make for a great photo op. Clearwater Beach is a prime spot to relax during the day on the beach, catch a sunset in the evening, and grab a drink at a local pub right off the beach.
