Fifteen Mile Campground is straightforward; its three sites offer picnic tables and grills, and there is a single vault toilet. The campground is set along Fifteen Mile Creek, however, and it is very close to several trails in the area, including the Fret Creek Trail to Opal Lake and the Divide Trail. Note that no debris is allowed in Fifteen Mile Creek as it is a source for the Dufur Municipal Watershed.
