This 53-site campground is set in the woods of the Riverside portion of Milo McIver State Park and has direct access to the park's 9 miles of hiking, biking, and horseback trails.  Like many of the other well-maintained state run campgrounds, this one has potable water, flush toilet facilities and hot showers; unlike most, it doesn't provide the comforts of yurts or cabins.  There are also three group campgrounds, two of which (Chinook and Kingfisher) have their own restroom facilities.

Note: Unfortunately, despite the park's impressive equestrian day-use facilities and trails, the campground doesn't provide any campsites with horse stalls.
