Tseriadun State Recreation Area is a small day-use area off the beaten path in the town of Port Orford. While this town tends to have a disproportionate amount of scenic and enjoyable outdoor areas, a visit to Tseridaun offers the chance to get away from others and find a spot mostly used by the locals.

The area really just consists of a lawn with picnic tables and a couple trails leading a short distance through the forest to the seaside. Each trail is only about a quarter mile long, and both emerge in a sandy dune, beyond which is the ocean. The trail behind the gate lets walkers head over to a short clifftop overlooking an inlet of water.

Nearby Garrison Lake, which is a popular trout fishing spot, is visible from the main lawn area, though there is no actual lake access from Tseriadun. The recreation is free to access and open from dawn until dusk daily. There is a single outhouse and no running water in the area.
