Treehouse Ziplines was constructed by the same people who built Out 'N' About Treehouse Treesort, which is immediately adjacent. It is a zipline course that is open to the public, and it consists of six lines that stretch to up to 660 feet in length and start from a platform about 70 feet above the forest floor. The ziplines are set in a stand of forest, and riders climb up to and zip away from platform to platform before riding down longer lengths that cross an open field. A tour includes a half mile of total zipline length, and participants can reach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour.

Each tour is accompanied by two guides who begin by learning each rider's ability and comfort level before offering a safety lesson for climbing the platforms and riding the lines. The guides ensure that everyone remains harnessed in and anchored by safety lines anytime riders leave the forest floor. Tours tend to take about two to three hours and can accommodate anyone between 40 and 250 pounds.

After completing the initial lines, riders can add several more lines that are a little bit taller and longer or take on the Tarzan Swing. The Tarzan Swing takes the adrenaline rush to another level; it entails single riders being harnessed onto a pendulum swing and then raised 55 feet over the forest floor. After letting go, riders have a bit of a freefall before swinging high into the open air.
