Rio Blanco Falls is a scenic area and swimming hole located a short walk from the Rio Blanco National Park visitor center. At the falls, Blue Creek flows over a ledge and drops about 15 feet into the pool below. During the dry season, the creek's slow flow makes for ideal swimming and cliff jumping conditions with plenty of dry areas at the falls for jumping into the deep pool below. The tallest platform to jump from is about 25 feet above the water.

The water is cool and refreshing, though the wide shallow riverbed just above the falls makes the waterfalls themselves comfortably warm to swim beneath. A changing room stands just above the falls along the walk down, and the park is popular for guided tours in the area. Crowds can often be found lounging in some of the better sitting spots at the top of the falls. A concrete platform with a ladder into the water sits immediately downstream, creating an easy entry and exit point from the pool. Visitors to Rio Blanco Falls are subject to all Rio Blanco National Park rules.
