We are excited to announce a partnership with NW Alpine, a Portland-based specialty apparel company making technical clothes for climbing. Starting today, Outdoor Project's Sponsored and Elite Contributors who are actively adding adventures to the website will be eligible to receive pro deals for gear purchased on NW Alpine's online store. These discounts will also be extended to our Donor Members as a thank you for their continued and critical support of Outdoor Project and OutdoorProject.org.

NW Alpine was founded by Bill Amos in 2010. An avid climber, he wanted apparel that was specially suited for the technical needs of modern alpine climbing. The clothing is field tested on the rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest and all over the world. A core value of the company is ensuring each product meets their stringent quality standards, and they would prefer to push back a release time for a product until the standard is met.

In addition to making the highest quality technical clothing, NW Alpine is also committed to revitalizing American manufacturing. All NW Alpine clothing is manufactured in their Newberg, Oregon factory. And check out the NW Alpine blog for some excellent adventure stories written by the company's ambassadors.
