Oatman Topock BLM Camping Area

Oatman Topock BLM Camping Area is a designated camping spot along the Oatman Highway just north of Topock with on a wide and flat strip of gravel able to host RVs.

Just a couple miles away from the northern marsh area of Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, this camping area often remains much quieter than the BLM camping areas closer to Lake Havasu.

The camping area has only a single sign marking the backcountry area and detailing the history of Route 66 through the area. Aside from that, there are no other amenities. The wide area of the campground gives space to campers, which is nice since there are no other barriers or anything to help offer any kind of privacy between neighboring campers.

The nicer features of the camping area are the wide views and trail access to the ORV-friendly backcountry area.

Nearest groceries and amenities are located 3 miles away in the town of Topock.

There are no fees to stay here, though campers must follow BLM dispersed camping guidelines, including a 14 day limit.
