The Vineyard Trail #131 is a 12.1-mile out-and-back within Tonto National Forest. The trail runs between Theodore Roosevelt Lake and the Mills Ridge Trailhead. The trail consists of a well-maintained singletrack that passes through a variety of Lower Sonoran Desert vegetation while offering panoramic views of Roosevelt Lake.

Starting at the southern end, the trailhead is located off of Arizona State Route 188. It begins with a steep climb that offers scenic views of Theodore Roosevelt Bridge to the southeast. It winds its way through rocky switchbacks, scenic ridgelines, and grassy hillsides lined with desert succulents, shrubs, wildflowers, and cacti. It is generally considered a moderately rated trail that includes some steep sections and gains 2,408 feet in elevation overall.

Vineyard Trail #131 is a shared route with the Arizona National Scenic Trail (AZT), which extends to the north and south and is open to runners, hikers, equestrians, and mountain bikers.
