Indian Vista Overlook is a scenic viewpoint located near Idyllwild, California off the scenic State Route 243 (SR 243) or the Banning-Idyllwild Panoramic Highway. The overlook is located approximately halfway along the 30-mile stretch of highway that runs from Banning (in the north) to Idyllwild (in the south). The viewpoint offers panoramic views of the San Jaction Wilderness and is an ideal stop for bird watchers and nature enthusiasts along the scenic drive S243.

Pine trees, chaparral and oak trees are among the most common types of vegetation. Among the wildlife viewing opportunities are songbirds, red-tailed hawks, ravens, lizards, deer, bobcats, gray foxes, and coyotes.
