Mount San Jacinto State Park is a California State Park located in the San Jacinto Mountains in the middle of the San Jacinto Wilderness and is managed by the California State Department of Parks and Recreation.

WHEN TO VISIT
The best times to visit Mount San Jacinto State Park Wilderness are in the spring, fall, and summer. Winter temperatures in the wilderness are usually freezing and snow covers the wilderness from November to April.
WILDERNESS PERMITS
Permits are required for both day and overnight use. Day use permits are free and available 24 hours a day the following locations:
