Alice Lake Campground is a large and busy campground located in a provincial park of the same name approximately 13 kilometers north of Squamish on Highway 99. There are 96 vehicle-access campsites (55 of which have electricity available), and 12 walk-in sites, and showers and washroom facilities. Visitors will find a large day-use area on the beach, a playground, an amphitheater, a concession stand, and paddlesport rentals as well. The campground is open from March until October, while the lake is accessible year-round. The lake itself has great swimming and fishing and is a perfect spot for a picnic with the family, but it does get very busy during the summer months. Reservations are highly recommended, even on weekdays.

Squamish is marketed to tourists as the outdoor recreation capital of Canada, and the campground at Alice Lake is well situated to take full advantage of the recreation opportunities the area is famous for. The Four Lakes Trail is a nice 6-kilometer loop that passes by three other nice forested lakes and ends at the lake and campground. Additionally, there are far too many mountain bike trails surrounding the provincial park to begin to list. Squamish is also a mecca for climbing, kayaking, and kiteboarding, all of which can be found within a short drive.
