If it wasn't for the fact that the adjacent campground on Harrison Lake's eastern shore was called Bear Creek Recreation Site, and that the campground draws the curious weekend warrior, then few if any would ever stumble upon the non-glorified 20-meter Bear Creek Falls.

Like its much larger cousin to the south, Slollicum Creek Falls, B.C. Parks has interestingly chosen to let Bear Creek's majestic presence go unknown. No signage on the road marks its existence. No map indicates it. And, no travel or tourism group hails it. But, it can clearly be viewed from Harrison East Forest Service Road, and it is mostly certainly worth a stop if you are on Harrison Lake or visiting Sasquatch Provincial Park.

The waterfall is located 35 minutes or 22.5 kilometers north of Harrison Hot Springs, and although it can be easily found, be prepared for a fairly rough 14.9-kilometer drive on the forest road.
