Adjacent to the campground of the same name, Entrance Bay Day Use Area offers a wealth of amenities for anyone passing through or looking for a lakeside place to lounge on a warm afternoon. The long, gently sloping beach, though pebbled, provides easy access to the designated swimming area and also acts as a boat ramp for those with larger watercraft. Cultus Lake is generally calm, and it is circumscribed by thickly forested hills, serving up ideal paddling or boating conditions for anyone seeking a new paddle-in-hand perspective.

Though, Entrance Bay sees quite a bit of traffic, it’s well equipped to handle it with a plethora of picnic benches and expansive flat, grassy areas offering plenty of shade for those visiting on a hot day. The playground is well within eye and earshot to all of the picnic tables, so kids can play while parents relax and enjoy lakeside lounging.

If you have a long, leisurely stay in mind, be sure to arrive early to stake a claim to the best real estate. It's immediately accessible upon entry to Cultus Lake Provincial Park, and it therefore entices many to make Entrance Bay a first stop.
