For those looking for a top notch ice skating experience, look no further than the “IceBox” at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex. This NHL sized, partially enclosed ice rink is open for the public to use and is also the home to different local sports leagues and events.

There is an admission fee to skate, but rates are pretty reasonable. At time of writing rates vary from $4-$8 depending on age and residency status. Skate rentals are another $5 if needed.

Before heading to the IceBox you’ll want to look at the calendar as there are regular time slots for open skate, stick and puck skating (hockey practice), and league events when the rink is closed to public. You can find the calendar here: https://www.fraservalleyrec.org/facilities/fraser-valley-sports-complex/
