John A. Dobson Ice Arena

The John A. Dobson Ice Arena is a massive facility. At 35,000 square feet it is one of the largest multi-purpose ice facilities in the region. It is open year round, and hosts a variety of leagues and events in addition to being open to the public for ice skating.

Skating is $8 for adults at time of writing, with skate rentals being an additional $5. Please check the calendar in advance to see when open skate hours are (click here). There are also regular “stick and puck” hours for those wishing to practice their hockey skills.

Another recent offering that is popular with kids and adults alike is ice bumper cars. Rides are $10 for 15 minutes and are sure to be a hit!
