Kenosha East Campground is located a slight distance off Highway 285 near Kenosha Pass. The elevation here is 10,000 feet. This small campground offers some nice camping. There are plenty of trees here, including a lot of lovely aspens, that provide some shade as well as privacy between campsites. Campers also have easy access to the 485 mile Colorado Trail that runs near the campground, making it a perfect place for hiking lovers to stay. There is also an adjacent wetland interpretative area and the remnants of the South Park and Pacific Railroad nearby.

Kenosha East Campground has 12 campsites. Sites can accommodate medium sized trailers and RVs. Each campsite has a picnic table, fire ring and BBQ grill. Additionally there are vault toilets within the campground, but no drinking water.

The campground is open seasonally, usually May through September. All campsites are first come, first served with no reservations possible.
