Entering the loop from the Upper Terrace parking lot, you can ski in either direction. Starting left is generally considered easier - and leaves all the good views and more interesting features for the end!

Being one of the most popular ski tracks in the park, this trail is regularly groomed. It is also wide enough to accommodate large crowds.

If you're not a skier, be sure to check out Mineral Hot Springs via the boardwalk trail that follows a short section of the ski track. Even if you skied the loop, this boardwalk is worth taking for a closer view of one of the pools.
