Lower Echo Bay Campground is set along the wash, with a single loop road passing by each site.

All camp sites have a picnic bench and fire pit with grill.

Spigots are located sporadically throughout the Lower campgrounds.

Campgrounds have flush bathrooms, however there are no showers in the campground.
