A park trails map is located inside the park entrance, along with paper maps available at the entry gate. This will help keep visitors on the Northwoods path.

While there are two trail entrances, we recommend entering from beside the archery range in order to minimize time on the multi use trail.

A brief walk on the multi use path is necessary. Be careful for mountain bikers also using this path.

The Northwoods Trail is single track through the high elevation forest.

At times, the trail intersects with the mountain bike trails, however for the most part it is a dedicated foot path.

For the return portion of the trail, the path follows a wider gravel trail to the edge of the Meadowlands area.
