McFarland Campground is a basic BLM campground that offers affordable camping alongside the Lemhi River. The Lemhi Valley is picturesquely located between the Beaverhead Mountains and the Lemhi Range, and the easy public river access at the campground is especially popular with fishermen.

The campsites are laid out in a circular fashion, allowing anyone with larger trailers or RVs to pull through easily. Unfortunately, this setup isn’t the most private and you’ll be in full view of your neighbors.

At each site you’ll find a picnic table with shade shelter, fire ring and BBQ grill. Additionally there is drinking water and a vault toilet within the campground.

Reservations are not possible, all sites are first come first served.
