Dozens of shaded picnic sites await your arrival at Anderson Lake County Park. Just minutes from Morgan Hill, you can look forward to fishing Coyote Creek or taking a hike on the Serpentine Trail to the top of Anderson Dam for a stellar view of the city. Anderson Lake County Park has a great layout with a lot of the tables placed alongside the creek and under trees. Live Oak and Toyon group picnic areas are available with a reservation. Both have barbecue pits with spits and plenty of tables for any occasion.

While Anderson Lake is open year round, you are only allowed to fish in Coyote Creek from the last Sunday in April until Novemeber 15. Dogs are welcome here as long as they are on a leash.
