Clark Springs is a small and rustic campground located near the shores of Trinity Lake within the Trinity Unit of the Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area. There are 20 well shaded campsites located here on a single loop. This campground is best suited for tent campers or vanlifers. Only three of the 20 campsites are suitable to accommodate a small trailer with the rest being better suited for tents, including four walk-in tent-only sites.

Campsites each have a picnic table and fire ring, with most having bear boxes for safe food storage as well. Restrooms and drinking water are also available in the campground.

The main attraction at Clark Springs is the great access to Trinity Lake. There is an adjacent boat ramp, swimming area and picnic area. Lake lovers that want a more rugged camping experience than many of the other more established campgrounds nearby will certainly enjoy their stay at Clark Springs.
