Holiday Campground is located up Rock Creek Road between the towns of Mammoth Lakes and Bishop. While there are several campgrounds in this area, Holiday is unique in that it is open during the winter, but closed in the summer (unless needed as an overflow campground). There are good views of the White Mountains from the campground, and campsites are fairly private and shaded.

Dates vary from year to year, but Holiday Campground is open seasonally November through May. Note that there are no services, and no snow removal during the winter. Camping is free when water and trash service are off. Vault toilets are available. During the summer the campground is closed, unless needed as an overflow facility for nearby French Camp Campground. Fees are $29 if open.

All campsites have a picnic table, fire pit and bear vault for food storage. No reservations are possible.
