The Nunatek Nature Trail is a short .5 mile walk along the side the Highway 120 just outside of Yosemite National Park's eastern entrance gate and just east of Tioga Lake.

The trail, which is partially paved, and partially on hard packed dirt, weaves between a couple ponds, with views of the some of the area's scenic mountain peaks. A couple interpretive signs punctuate the trail, offering information on glaciation's effect on shaping the landscape. At about 9600', the trail is generally flat and makes an easy walk to stretch your legs.

The trail is open for day use only. Parking is available along the asphalt turnout of Hwy 120. There are no amenities located at the trail.
