Palisade Group Camp is a single group campsite located up Rock Creek Road, which is approximately halfway between the towns of Bishop and Mammoth Lakes. The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful with Rock Creek flowing right beside the campground and high granite peaks lining the sides of the valley.

Palisade Group Camp is open seasonally June through September (exact dates vary year to year). It was once a small campground with a handful of individual sites, but has now been converted into a single group campsite that can accommodate up to 25 people and 5 vehicles.

Picnic tables, fire rings and bear lockers for food storage are provided. There is also a vault toilet and potable water. No hookups are available.

Reservations are highly recommended and can be made here.
