Sabrina Campground in Inyo National Forest is situated along the Middle Fork of Bishop Creek. This can be a busy campground near Lake Sabrina and South Lake, both popular fishing destinations. Lake Sabrina was created in 1908 by damming the Middle Fork of Bishop Creek to supply constant water to downstream hydroelectric plants. Here at Lake Sabrina, you can hike into the High Sierra and access the John Muir Wilderness and the Pacific Crest Trail. If you want to relax, Lake Sabrina offers a wide range of water recreation activities. There are motorboat, kayak, and canoe rentals at the store and restaurant, or you can bring your own and use the boat ramp.

Lake Sabrina makes a great place for stand-up paddle boarding, as well. Most of the Sabrina Campground sites have easy access to Bishop Creek, making it a convenient and fun place for families to enjoy the water and fish. About half of the campsites are shaded, and all have easy access to water, trash, and vault toilets. No matter what your plans are in the Eastern Sierra Nevada, Sabrina Campground makes a great base camp for recreation.

Note that Sabrina Campground is opened seasonally and that there is no winter access.
