If you are interested in a lodging option in Sequoia National Park, look no further than Wuksachi Lodge. Truth be told, Wuksachi Lodge is the only developed accommodation option in the park; everything else is camping or backcountry camping. Thankfully, the unimposing and tasteful lodge and hotel is situated near many of Sequoia National Park’s western portion highlights.

Located in the Giant Forest area, the lodge is within close proximity to some of the world’s largest trees, the ancient giant sequoias. For hikers, the lodge is near to some outstanding trails that thread through the Giant Forest, up the Tokapah Valley, and up into Sequoia National Park’s Sierra high country.

The year-round lodge allows visitors to experience Sequoia National Park throughout the seasons in comfort and warmth. During the winter, the elevation of the lodge is often covered under several feet of snow. The lodge operates a full service restaurant and lounge as well as a small ski shop to outfit winter enthusiasts with cross country skis and snowshoes.
