East Creek is a simple campground consisting of 7 sites mean for cars or small RVs. 

The campground is along a single narrow dirt road. Each site has a picnic table, fire pit and grill. Two vault toilets serve the campground, sitting at either end. The campground is operated by the Forest Service, however is sparse, with sites costing only $4 per night. All sites are available on a first come, first served basis, with no reservations available.

There is no trash service. Visitors may pay at the self-pay station at the campground entrance. There is no RV turnaround located in the campground.
