Moloa'a Beach is a large picturesque bay down a quiet neighborhood road. It has the feel of being a private beach, though is pretty easily accessible other than the occasional challenge of finding parking.

Surrounded by homes with envy-inducing views, Moloa'a Beach has almost perfect swimming conditions when the water is calm. Upon reaching the beach from a short access path between homes at the end of the road, visitors can begin walking along the sand to either end of the beach. With trees along the sand, it might be best to determine which side of the beach has shade during the time of your visit.

Reefs in the bay and clusters of rocks at either end calm the surf and create great conditions for swimming. Kids like to boogie board at the smaller waves that make it to shore here. And shallow reefs provide good conditions for viewing tide pool life.

Visitors should be aware that there are no amenities of any kind at this beach. There are relatively few parking spots - all located along the shoulder of Moloaa Road. Be sure to pay attention to No Parking signs and plan to arrive earlier during peak travel season to ensure a parking spot here.

Beach access is down a path at the end of the road, about 500 feet from the nearest open parking spots.
