Queen's Beach and Kapi'olani Beach Park make up yet another segment of the stretch of popular beaches in Waikīkī. Once the site of Queen Lilioukalani's beach house, this now public beach is situated between the Kuhio Beach section and the Waikīkī Aquarium. The beach in this area is well known for its surf break, and many people can be seen swimming, wading, snorkeling, and boarding in the shallows by the reef. The Kapahulu Groin is the jetty that extends outward from the beach on the west side and has been named the Wall, and it is a well-known surfing area reserved exclusively for body boarders. The groin also marks the start of the Waikīkī Marine Life Conservation District, which extends to the War Memorial Natatorium and prohibits fishing or any destruction or removal of marine life.

Kapi'olani Beach Park lies adjacent to coast, next to the Honolulu Zoo, but it also extends behind Kalakaua Avenue, where tennis courts, picnic areas, soccer fields, and the Waikīkī Shell amphitheater can be found. Many concerts and events are held at the Waikīkī Shell, and shows rarely disappoint! These parks offer plenty of open green space as well as restrooms, concession stands, water sport gear rentals, and outdoor rinse showers. On weekends at Queen's Beach, movies are projected onto a huge outdoor screen just after the sun goes down, for a free event known as Sunset on the Beach. There is plenty of metered parking along Kalakaua Avenue, though the park does get busy, especially on weekends.
