Malmok Beach is a lengthy stretch of rocky waterfront perched several feet above the ocean north of Aruba's resort areas.

The beach lies a short distance away from the resorts, and as a result, feels much more spacious and quiet without the crowds and restaurants. In fact, with only a couple small access points to the water, most of the beach is a rocky shelf above the sea that really just see occasional walkers passing by.

The waters at Malmok are known for having turtle and tropical fish populations, and the area is great for snorkeling. Though some of the snorkel tours anchor just offshore here so there are periods where it can feel busy here during the day.

A couple large parking areas have shaded palapas and tables, while shoulder parking along the road offer an easy spot to pull a beach chair from the car and just sit above the blue waters.

Toward the south end of Malmok is the Malmock Boardwalk, a winding boardwalk path over the shore frequented by walkers and joggers.

There are no bathrooms, water or lifeguards anywhere at Malmok Beach. Those looking for a sandy beach to lay out at or a spot to buy some drinks or food beside the water should probably look elsewhere. And the limited entry/exit points to the water limit swimming opportunities, however add to the snorkeling appeal of this beach.
