Luton Park is a haven for mountain biking and trail running. Great for beginners and young riders, the trails are the least technical and least demanding in the Grand Rapids area, having the lowest elevation gain of any trail in the area.

The trail system is well marked and easy to follow. It consists of a central loop (blue) with additional loops connecting to the main path (yellow, orange, red, black). The blue trail is wide and has few obstacles, which is perfect for newer riders. The yellow trail represents the most technical loop and includes several sections of rock gardens and steeper downhills. The orange, red, and black trails offer riders increasing levels of difficulty.

The trails in Luton Park are generally hardpack with a sand covering, which means they will dry out quickly in the spring or after a summer rain.
