Munising Falls is a beautiful 50-foot-high waterfall in Michigan’s Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.  The parking area to access the waterfall is located at the Munising Falls Visitor's Center at 1505 Sand Point Road, Munising, Michigan. The Munising Falls Visitor Center has displays about the natural and cultural history of the region. The Center also includes a small bookstore and is open mid-June through Labor Day. There are flush toilets at the Visitor Center that are open 24 hours a day from May to October.

There is an 800-foot paved path that is wheelchair accessible which leads to the main viewing area for the falls. Dogs are allowed on this trail when on a leash. There are two other viewing spots that require the visitor to climb stairs. The view area to the north is only a short distance from the main viewpoint; tree branches may partially block the view of the falls from here. The viewing area to the south can be reached by backtracking on the paved trail and taking a left up a series of stairs. The views here are excellent. Munising Falls can be accessed year-round; visitors in the winter will see an ice column that forms by the sandstone cliff.
