The Baptism River Campground is a drive-in campground located in Tettegouche State Park. The campground is located about two miles inland from Lake Superior and the visitor center. This campground is nicely wooded and has 34 sites. 22 of the sites have electric hookups with 50 amp service. The campground includes 6 walk-in sites for tents. Bear-proof storage lockers are available at the walk-in tent sites. Most sites provide nice privacy from other campers.

Each site has a fire ring and a picnic table. The Baptism River Campground has a bathroom and shower building as well as a two vault toilets. There is no dump station at this campground, but one is available at the nearby city of Silver Bay. The campground is open year round; with water, flush toilets, and showers also available year round. All the sites can be reserved.

There is access to two popular hiking from the campground; one to Two Step Falls and the other to the High Falls of the Baptism River.
