There are 10 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails at Chomonix Golf Course. These trails are groomed for both classic and skate skiing. The trails are basically flat, but they do offer a varied landscape including open fairways, woods, prairies, a river, and a lake. To the south of the clubhouse, there is a loop that is 2.3 kilometers in length. To the north there is a 5.1-kilometer loop. The northern loop can be shortened to a 3.3-kilometer loop by taking a 0.5-kilometer cutoff trail. The northern trails cross Rice Creek and have views of George Watch Lake. All the trails are one-way.

Ski rental equipment is available at the clubhouse on the weekends. Skiing at Chomonix Golf Course requires a Great Minnesota Ski Pass, which is available in daily, one-year, and three-year options. There is plenty of space to park by the clubhouse.
