The Riverway Campground is one of two campgrounds at William O'Brien State Park. As its name suggests, it is right by the Saint Croix River. The campground is wooded and has 60 sites, 43 of the sites have electric hookups with 30 amp service. There is one wheelchair accessible site which is near the restrooms. The sites are somewhat close together; the park’s other campground, the Savanna Campground, provides more privacy.

The Riverway Campground has a bathroom and shower building as well as a couple of vault toilets. The shower building is open from mid-April until mid-October. There is one a dump station that services both campgrounds.

A map of both campgrounds can be found here.
