Vadnais-Sucker Lake Regional Park has a groomed 4.3-kilometer classic ski trail that runs on the east side of Vadnais Lake. The trail is mostly wooded and has lake views. The trail is generally flat. This is an out-and-back trail with two sets of tracks for classic skiing only.

The Great Minnesota Ski Pass is required to use this trail. A daily, one-year, or three-year pass are available for purchase, however, not at this trailhead. Trailhead parking is located on the south side of County Road F, about 2 blocks east of Rice Street (just past a set of railroad tracks) in Vadnais Heights. There is no charge for parking, and the lot will accommodate about 20 vehicles. There is also a portable toilet at the trailhead.
