The Cathedral Gorge State Park Campground is a small loop of campsites with 24 sites and 2 large group areas in Cathedral Gorge State Park. A relatively no-frills campground, each site has electrical service, covered picnic benches and a fire grill.

Adjacent to the campground is the group camping area, which also has a lawn with a playground and more covered benches and grills. There are 2 ADA-compliant campsites located next to the group area as well.

The campground itself has a small lending library and amphitheater, and quick access to a short Nature Trail loop that contains informational signs about the park and desert region, along with access points to the longer Juniper Draw Loop that circles the park basin and passes through the more popular caves area.

The campground itself is about a 0.75-mile drive from the parking area for the Caves Area, and also a short drive from the park visitor center.

Camping prices vary based on optional RV amenities and Nevada residency status, so it may be a good idea to contact the visitor center to confirm rates.

The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not take reservations.
