Lake Tahoe has a multitude of beautiful, accessible beaches along its shores. If you are searching for a large, family-friendly beach, Round Hill Pines Beach and Resort may be your ticket. While the area can become crowded on hot summer days, Round Hill Pines has a myriad of accommodations and activities, including rentals of everything from sea-doos and kayaks to umbrellas and chairs for those just looking to relax. A bar and grill sits at the entrance to the beach, and the famous Safari Rose yacht is moored at the large dock. This is the largest and arguably most luxurious yacht on Lake Tahoe. It can be rented for tours of the lake as well as for weddings and other events.

Be sure to arrive early, as the parking lot fills up quickly. Once you step out onto the half-mile long beach, you will be presented with views of Mount Tallac as well as many other surrounding peaks. Parts of the beach may be closed for weddings and other private parties. Enjoy your stay and grab a snack at the bar and grill before heading home.
