Brunswick Nature Park is a family-friendly and multi-use trail network within easy driving distance of Wilmington, North Carolina. Located in a less developed area of the Cape Fear region, it retains a fairly remote feel despite its popularity and proximity to town. There are three main mountain bike specific trails totaling just over 7 miles, but more are planned and under construction. The park also features about 4 miles of separate hiking trails as well as picnic tables, a pavilion, and a canoe launch on Town Creek.

The mountain bike trails are especially well maintained and include constructed technical features on the expert Copperhead Trail. Gator Trail is an intermediate trail, and Canebrake Trail is rated a beginner trail. All are easily rideable in one large loop, but each has its own trailhead as well. These singletrack mountain bike trails are also open to hikers and runners, but they are mostly used for the speedier modes of locomotion. Nevertheless, use caution because the trails are not necessarily unidirectional. Brunswick generally drains better than many others in the region, but it should not be ridden just after rainfall for the sake of safety and durabilty of the surface. The park is open from 8:00 a.m. until dusk, and it has gates that may be closed after hours. The access road is gravel and a bit rough, but it is suitable for passenger cars in dry weather.
