Blue Pool Campground is nestled between scenic Salt Creek and Highway 58, a little ways east of Oakridge Oregon. The campground has the same name as, but should not be confused with the Blue Pool that is found on the McKenzie River.

The campground offers 24 campsites, all of which are nicely shaded and offer a fair amount of privacy. Salt Creek flows behind the campsites, although not visible from many. You’ll find a picnic table and fire ring at each campsite. Vault toilets and water are also available within the campground.

A large day use area provides some open space and picnic tables near Salt Creek. This is a great spot to try your luck fishing, or cool off in the water during the summer months.

Another attraction nearby is McCredie Hot Springs, just upstream from the campground.

Please note that all campsites at Blue Pool are first come, first served with no reservations possible.
