Grayback Swimming Hole is a refreshingly cool emerald pool at the confluence of Grayback and Sucker creeks in the Siskiyou National Forest. Located adjacent to the Grayback Interpretive Trailhead, a path that leads about a half-mile downstream to Grayback Campground, the unimproved swimming hole is a quiet spot due to its remote location.

The pool is about 8 feet deep at its deepest point, while most of it varies about knee-deep nearer the stony edge of the creek. The shade and stones lining the creeks make it a little less than ideal for hanging out, but the swimming hole can make a great stop for those on their way into or out of Oregon Caves National Monument or anyone who might be camping nearby. There are no amenities of any kind at Grayback Swimming Hole.
