Horsfall Campground lies within the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area and contains 70 sites all geared toward off-road vehicle riders. The campground is built for riders, with each spot containing a large paved parking area for trailers with a small patch of grass containing a fire pit and picnic table. Sites lie immediately adjacent to each other, so during the crowded season don't expect to have any space between you and your neighbors.

Trails can be reached through gates set and the entrance and mid-campground, with trail riding hours open from 6 a.m. until midnight. There are no power or water hookups, but there is potable water along with token showers and flush toilets located centrally in the campground. Sites are all pretty sparse. Those looking for tent spaces and campgrounds catering to more traditional car camping can head to nearby Bluebill Campground located a little farther down Horsfall Beach Road. Additional trailer sites are located beside the beach at Horsfall Beach Campground.
