Lower Canyon Creek Campground is one of the many lovely campgrounds situated along this stretch of the Metolius River near Camp Sherman. Located at the end of a dirt road, this campground feels more remote than many of the others. The picturesque location at the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Metolius make it a great spot to spend a night or two. There are also a handful of nice dispersed campsites near here as well.

Lower Canyon Creek Campground offers five campsites. The sites are roomy, but a bit lacking in privacy. You’ll find a picnic table and fire ring at each campsite. There are no hookups and no drinking water available. Vault toilets are located within the campground. Reservations are available and can be made at Recreation.gov.
